These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, program participants, donors, volunteers, and anyone else who accesses or uses any service or product offered by Youth Education and Sports, Inc. in any capacity.

1. About Youth Education and Sports, Inc.

Youth Education and Sports, Inc. is a registered nonprofit organization that has been serving young people and their families since 2002. Our mission is to provide student-athletes with the tools, mentoring, academic resources, and structured programs they need to develop positive character, enhance academic performance, improve decision-making, and build quality habits that carry them forward in life.

We offer a range of programs, digital and physical products, educational resources, and community services designed to help student-athletes reach their highest potential in school, in sports, and in life. All of our services are delivered with a genuine commitment to the well-being, growth, and success of every young person we serve.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Youth Education and Sports website, purchasing any product or program, registering for any service, submitting any form, or engaging with any content we provide, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor and are consenting to these terms on their behalf.

If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization or another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization or individual to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 3. Use of Our Website and Services

4. Program Enrollment and Registration

Youth Education and Sports offers a range of programs including but not limited to the Student Athlete and Artist Achievement Program known as TSAAP, the Southern Skillshot eSports Training Camp, athletic development resources, academic compliance guidance, character development programming, and portfolio development support.

By registering for any program, you confirm that you have read and understood the program requirements and agree to participate in good faith. Program enrollment is subject to availability and may require the completion of a registration form and payment of any applicable fees.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at any time with reasonable notice to registered participants. In the event that a program is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide enrolled participants with alternative options or applicable refunds where appropriate.

Youth Education and Sports programs are designed for youth participants, and certain programs require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a minor in any of our programs, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that minor and accepts responsibility for the minor's participation and conduct.

5. Digital Products and Physical Products

Youth Education and Sports offers both digital and physical products through our website and related platforms. These products include but are not limited to program guides, growth journals, educational workbooks, books, merchandise, and program materials.

When you purchase a product from Youth Education and Sports, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

For physical products, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control. Youth Education and Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For digital products, access is typically granted upon confirmation of payment. Digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any digital product to any third party without the express written permission of Youth Education and Sports, Inc.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments made through our website are processed securely through our designated payment processing system. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete.

Youth Education and Sports does not store full credit card or debit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors that maintain their own privacy and security standards. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any payment processor used in connection with our website.

In the event of a failed payment or disputed charge, we reserve the right to suspend access to any program, service, or digital product until the matter is resolved. 7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Youth Education and Sports is committed to your satisfaction with every product and service we provide. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to handle every refund and cancellation request with fairness, transparency, and care.

For physical products, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you have purchased, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

For program enrollment fees, refund eligibility depends on the specific program and the timing of the cancellation request. Please contact us directly to discuss your individual situation and we will work with you to find the most fair and reasonable resolution possible.

Donations made to Youth Education and Sports are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

All content on the Youth Education and Sports website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, digital products, audio, video, and software, is the property of Youth Education and Sports, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and view our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from our website without our prior written consent.
